Counseling and Psychological Services is excited to announce our partnership with Welltrack Connect. Welltrack Connect by Protocall is an additional resource for students who are seeking services outside CAPS’ brief counseling treatment model or are no longer eligible for our services due to graduation, withdrawal, or living out of state.

WHAT IS WELLTRACK CONNECT?

Welltrack Connect is a HIPAA-compliant, online referral service that connects students with a clinician for weekly, long-term, or specialized care. The platform provides students instant, convenient, and easy access to our locally vetted referral network and a national referral network.

Students will log in with their NUID to verify their student status. They can then search for a provider based on presenting concern, insurances accepted, provider identity, and location. Through Welltrack Connect, students can access quality community mental health services 24/7 and feel confident that providers listed are well-respected by counseling centers across the country.

Welltrack Connect provides a resource page where students can access additional resources such as area food banks, low-cost treatment options, and on-campus student support services. The Frequently Asked Questions link provides students and parents with helpful information on selecting a provider, preparing for a first session, and how to determine whether a provider accepts your insurance plan.

Students who want additional assistance in searching for a provider or who have more specific treatment questions are welcome to make an appointment with a CAPS Care Manager to discuss options.
